Warning: Heat Exposure
Whipped tallow maintains a naturally airy consistency at room temperature, but may liquefy in temperatures exceeding 84 degrees Fahrenheit (28 degrees Celsius), leading to changes in the texture and consistency. However, it does not spoil easily and can be restored to a whipped consistency by using a mixer.
